This status has a need of conventional tasks of a teacher such as setting up a course curriculum, giving examinations, making reports and assignments, and grading each task. A Research Assistant is more often than not working on a temporary contract by a college or university for the reason of academic research. A research assistant regularly works on an assignment managed by one or more permanent academics who are accountable for managing the funds from which he or she is salaried. At the present times, most research assistants are rewarded to graduate assistants, especially those who labor towards a higher degree. Depending on the financial support, these actions normally last awaiting the conclusion of their degrees. In some universities the name research associate is used as an option of “assistant”, even if a research associate is more likely to have a doctorate.

Administrative level jobs allow people-oriented individuals to use their skills as they go onto the administrative ladder. People management is one of the most difficult jobs around for it is very hard to manage the most dynamic asset of a business which is it’s employees. They are the ones who make it possible for a group of totally different individuals to come together and work as a team and their job doesn’t end there, they also have to maintain that medley of talent to ensure success to the business. They evaluate how the people work and how best to maximize their potentials reporting to management which is approach is best for them.
